It’s often said that a great litter features puppies that are all pretty much the same weight, but we have two delightful exceptions—Mini and Moon! Moon is truly blossoming into a gentle giant with a heart of gold! He may have inherited his dad Bas's kind spirit and his mom Mika's adorable physique. While it’s still early to draw conclusions, Moon certainly seems aware of his strength!

Of course, when it’s mealtime, everyone makes way for King Moon, but unlike the others, he sweetly nibbles the tip of my nose!

One thing is for sure: Moon is growing into a magnificent Basenji, and his new family, the Itzhak Family, who are just as magnificent as and absolutely smitten with him, can’t wait for their little king to be in his new home—so soon!
