Holy Land Run Free Basenji

Mini was the last of the six to arrive. He was born at 19:00, 12 hours after labor began.
He came into the world while Mika was sitting on my lap in the corridor of the vet hospital. (It is advised to rush to the hospital if there is a break in labor of more than two hours—2.5 hours at most., an ultrasound can be performed to ensure no puppy is stuck or, God forbid, has passed away, and to determine if intervention is needed, such as labor induction or a Caesarean section.)
Thankfully, Mini born naturally and in good health. However, he weighed only 180 grams—below the average of 215 grams. Because of this, we had to take extra care of him, ensuring he was always "at the front of the line" when nursing from his mother.
After two weeks, Mini weighs 490 grams, has opened his eyes, confidently takes his place at the nursing line all by himself, and was the first to his eyes.
Still, Mini will always be Mini for us, for his new owner, Silvana, and we will always have a warm corner for our Mini.
